Responsibilities include offering legal advice, reviewing laws and policies, drafting documents, and representing clients in litigation at trial and appellate levels, covering areas such as condemnations, zoning, civil rights, and employment issues.
The role involves developing case strategies, negotiating settlements, drafting contracts, and staying current on legal developments.
Minimum qualifications are a Juris Doctor, five years of legal experience, and active Georgia Bar membership.
Preferred qualifications include experience in government litigation, contract review, and appellate practice.
