Location: Tampa, FL
CORY is partnering with a design firm to identify a Senior Architect / emerging studio leader who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing design leadership, project execution, and team mentorship.

We represent a well-established architectural design firm that delivers residential and mixed-use projects nationally.
The firm is known for a disciplined approach to project delivery and a dedication to thoughtful, high-quality design, fostered by a collaborative studio culture. They seek professionals who can effectively take ownership of their work, communicate well with clients and consultants, and actively contribute to both successful projects and overall team growth.
Your Responsibilities as a Leader:
Lead projects through design, documentation, and construction administration phases.
Serve as a primary liaison with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and production workflows.
Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative studio culture.
Ensure projects maintain quality, organization, and alignment with timelines.
The Skills & Experience You Possess:
10+ years of architectural experience with multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
Licensed Architect preferred with strong experience across multiple project phases.
Strong communicator able to manage clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Perks and Benefits You’ll Receive:
Base salary up to ~$130k – $160k+, plus bonus depending on experience.
