We are currently seeking a Solutions Architect who combines technical expertise with strategic thinking to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions leveraging Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and modern integration technologies. This role is ideal for someone who is well-rounded in the M365 tools and products, understands endpoint management (including mobile), and thrives in a collaborative environment where they can influence strategy, mentor teams, and rolling up their sleeves to ensure successful delivery and helping others succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design: Identify and deliver outcomes that meet business and technical requirements while balancing objectives and constraints.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Apply rapid prototyping to validate design concepts, engage stakeholders early, and reduce delivery risk through iterative development.
  • Collaboration & Mentorship: Partner with product owners, scrum masters, and managers to align on goals, mentor colleagues, assist in road map development, and clarify architectural concepts.
  • Delivery Support: Provide guidance and occasional hands-on involvement to ensure successful implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years in IT solution design or architecture roles, with at least 1–2 years working with Microsoft technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Teams phone) and governance.
  • Experience with Power Platform usage, Administration and governance frameworks to control the platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot studio, environments).
  • Proficiency in API design and integration (REST, JSON, Microsoft Graph) and data integration tools.
  • Experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
  • Proficient in utilizing tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) and managing a variety of operating systems. Experienced in Windows administration, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions including Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Mac OS and Jamf as well as mobile device management.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and compliance in regulated industries to apply to designs.
  • Understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud environments
  • Understanding of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, identity management, and SSO.
  • Over familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and governance best practices.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to mentor and support delivery teams when needed.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to scalability and performance.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $111,803 – 167,704 per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
