Minimum requirements include a commercial appraisal certification, 10+ years of experience in commercial property appraisal/review, and strong knowledge of federal regulations and industry standards. Preferred skills include multi-state licensing, experience with complex properties, and proficiency with appraisal management platforms.
The position offers a salary range of $100,000-$126,000/year, benefits, and incentive eligibility. It requires independent decision-making, mentorship, and adherence to compliance standards. Physical requirements are minimal, primarily desk-based work.
