Senior Analyst, SCM Projects

ResponsibilitiesSupport the SCM Major Projects team in the development and execution of project-level material and service strategies for Enbridge business units.Apply established SCM processes, tools, and procedures to resolve routine challenges and support project delivery.Prepare SCM planning documents, reports, and communications for stakeholders.Assist with forecasting contracts, purchase orders, and demand requirements for assigned projects or program elements.Support compliance with SCM policies, procedures, and enterprise governance requirements.Track actual performance against SCM plans and elevate variances, risks, or issues to senior team members.Coordinate with SCM Business Partners and Contract/Procurement Specialists to ensure alignment with project deliverables.Contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning under guidance.May assist in investigation and analysis of more complex issues with guidance from senior SCM professionals.RequirementsUniversity degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field and two (2) or more years of related experience in the SCM, project, commercial or analytical experience.A combination of education and experience may be considered.Foundational understanding of supply chain principles, sourcing methodologies, and cost management concepts.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills including presentation skills, with influencing and persuasive talents.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with SCM systems and reporting tools.Possess intermediate to advanced level data interactions/manipulations skills using different tools such as Power BI, among others.Preferred: Experience in energy, infrastructure, or a related industry.Enrollment in an SCM-related professional designation (e.g., SCMP, CPSM).Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.Experience in commercial agreements.Certifications & QualificationsSCMPCPSM#J-18808-Ljbffr
