Job Summary Location: Plano, Texas (US-TX-PLANO-465). Role: Onsite. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable Top Secret (TS/SCI) security clearance with SSBI.What You Will Do Drive development of Estimate at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables, providing critical financial insight to program leadership.Report Earned Value (EV) & perform detailed EV analysis versus budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.Prepare various ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early warning of issues.Partner with functional disciplines (Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain).Qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related discipline (or an advanced degree with less than 2 years of experience).Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Understanding of Earned Value (EV) & Estimates at Completion (EAC).Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Top Secret clearance with SSBI and ability to obtain Special Access.U.S. citizenship.Preferred Qualifications Good organizational, prioritization, analytical & problem‑solving skills.Experience with SAP, ForProject, and PMX.Ability to plan tasks, provide results, & recommend solutions to management.Working knowledge of MRP.Experience in detailed program data analysis.Benefits RTX offers a total rewards package that includes compensation, healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits, career development, recognition programs, parental leave, flexible work schedules, achievement awards, educational assistance, child/adult backup care, and more.Compensation Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.Location Plano, Texas, US.Security Clearance Requires active TS/SCI with SSBI, transferable, and U.S. citizenship.Relocation Relocation assistance is not available.Equal Opportunity Employer RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
