The role will touch treasury and liquidity management, trade execution and settlement, portfolio reporting, administrator oversight, alternative investments, public markets, FX, and process automation initiatives.

Senior Analyst, Operations | Boston, MA 

We are partnering with a highly regarded alternative investment manager overseeing approximately $14B in assets across private credit, private equity, venture capital, public markets, and other alternative strategies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an investment operations professional with 5-10 years of experience looking to join a lean, high-performing team with broad exposure across the investment lifecycle.

The role will touch treasury and liquidity management, trade execution and settlement, portfolio reporting, administrator oversight, alternative investments, public markets, FX, and process automation initiatives.

You'll work closely with investment, finance, legal, technology, and trading teams while helping support a complex multi-asset platform.

Ideal background:
• Investment operations, middle office, fund operations, or portfolio operations experience
• Exposure to alternative investments and public markets
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Bloomberg, DTCC, OMS platforms, or similar investment systems
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and technology-driven solutions
