Compensation: $125,000 base salary + 10% annual performance bonus

Bureau Veritas seeks a Senior Analyst, M&A & Strategy to join our North American Growth Strategy & Corporate Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for an M&A or strategic planning professional ready to transition into corporate M&A and strategic planning.
In this high-impact role, you''ll support the execution of our 2028 Strategic Plan by identifying market opportunities, evaluating acquisition targets, and partnering with business leaders to accelerate growth across key sectors; including building & infrastructure, energy & renewables, and cybersecurity.
As part of our aggressive North American expansion, you''ll gain hands-on exposure to executive leadership and direct involvement in strategic decisions that shape our company's future while developing deeper M&A expertise in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Education, Certifications, and Experience (Required):
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, financial audit, investment banking, corporate finance/strategy/M&A, or related analytical roles.
Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
Prior exposure to corporate M&A or transformational projects or strategic plan, including transactions, due diligence, integration processes or involvement on strategy execution frameworks (OKR, 4DX, Balanced Scorecard, Hoshin Kanri, Management by Objectives, EOS, etc.)
