What you'll do: Manage payroll data and ensure accuracy in payroll administration processes across global operations.Support integration and maintenance of payroll systems, including data extraction and reporting from platforms such as Workday.Analyze payroll-related data to identify and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll workflows and improve operational efficiency.Assist in preparing regulatory and compliance documentation related to payroll and tax filings.Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes and controls.Provide timely resolution of payroll issues, maintaining service excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
