Senior Analyst, Contracts Location: Tucson, AZResponsibilities Conduct contract compliance activities, investigate and resolve contractual matters through critical thinking and stakeholder collaboration.Work independently while recognizing when leadership review and buy‑in are required.Influence others by explaining facts, policies, and practices related to contracts.Manage routine and complex contract and proposal tasks, responding to quick‑response requirements as they arise.Interface with customers regarding correspondence, contractual changes, and contractual issues.Draft complex letters communicating Raytheon's business position effectively.Advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and mitigation of program risks.Collaborate closely with program teams across program management, engineering, finance, operations, supply chain, and quality functional leads.Travel domestically as required.Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.Experience with contracts, subcontracts, or procurement.Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date.Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) is preferred.Demonstrated ability to develop effective relationships with customers and internal partners based on teamwork and trust.Experience thriving in a fast‑paced environment with prioritization skills.Contractual acumen with proficiency in contract fundamentals.Benefits Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance.Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Life insurance and short‑term and long‑term disability coverage.401(k) match and flexible spending accounts.Flexible work schedules and employee assistance program.Parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement RTX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
