We Are Hiring:

Location: Remote 

Department/Specialty: Research Support Services 

Schedule: Full Time, Monday- Friday, 8:00 -5:00 CST 

Salary Range: $96,208 - $134,109

 

What You Will Do:
  •  Consult with department leaders to translate their clinical and operational needs into modern technology plans, ensuring our front-line teams have the tools required to deliver seamless patient care.
  •  Optimize existing business work-flows and system architectures to eliminate technical friction, creating a tightly integrated digital ecosystem for our staff.
  • Lead small, agile project teams through the design and launch of cross-platform integration projects that safely and securely connect vital health-care data systems.
  •  Evaluate the financial and operational impact ($ROI$) of proposed technical solutions to ensure we are investing resources into initiatives that drive the highest value for our patients and providers.
  • Collaborate with the broader IT functional teams to maintain strict standards of data consistency, directly protecting the accuracy and quality of our shared health-care delivery systems.
What You Will Need:

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
    degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
  • Medicare Coverage Analysis, budget and prior research experience. 
  • Experience with Excel, Google, and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) is preferred.
