Key responsibilities include maintaining integration data formats, supporting project launches and ongoing maintenance, analyzing data, authoring specifications, addressing support issues, and developing training materials.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-4 years of experience in systems integrations or SaaS, strong teamwork, analytical, and communication skills, with knowledge of XML or MISMO a plus.
