This role will own performance analytics across all Breeze Airports by monitoring station-level metrics, identifying performance gaps, and partnering with operational leaders to execute data-backed action plans. This role bridges strategy and execution-translating corporate objectives into practical, station-level operating rhythms while ensuring operational readiness, compliance, and a consistent guest experience.

    Here's what you'll do

    • Own Business Plan (BP) performance by continuously monitoring station-level metrics, forecasting risk to target, and driving timely interventions to ensure year-round performance delivery.
    • Partner with Airports leadership and GM/AMs to identify performance gaps and implement data-backed action plans that improve operational execution.
    • Support station openings and re-openings by validating operational readiness across staffing, process, compliance, and guest experience standards.
    • Lead and coordinate Business Partner transitions by ensuring timely communication, clear documentation, proper implementation, and alignment across all impacted stations.
    • Ensure compliance with required documentation by tracking deadlines, auditing submissions, and enforcing accountability for on-time completion.
    • Conduct regular station visits and audits to validate operational consistency, adherence to standards, and accuracy of reported performance.
    • Identify risks and operational inconsistencies through audits and data analysis; proactively escalate issues, align stakeholders, and drive resolution.
    • Drive a consistent guest experience by defining, measuring, and reinforcing standard work and service expectations across all locations.
    • Serve as a bridge between strategy and execution by translating corporate objectives into practical, station-level actions and routines.
    • Other duties as assigned
    • This role partners closely with Airport operations and may require regular on-site station visits to conduct audits, validate readiness, and support performance recoveries. Travel expectations and on-site requirements may vary by region and business needs, including occasional early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays aligned to operational schedules.
    • Travel up to 50%
