QUALIFICATIONS

Required Experience

Ideally looking for recent experience in AI Projects at an enterprise scale
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
Demonstrated corporate presence and business acumen, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders across all levels of Corporate leadership
Proven experience operating as an IT Project Manager within large, enterprise-scale corporate environments
Financial Services industry experience preferred, with an understanding of regulatory and operational considerations

 

Qualifications

PMP or equivalent certification preferred
Proven experience managing complex technology initiatives across multiple technical teams
Strong understanding of Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience working with engineering, infrastructure, or data-focused teams
Excellent organizational, coordination, and documentation skills

Senior Project Manager, Technology

 

Overview
Leads the planning and execution of complex technology initiatives spanning engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams. Operates effectively in dynamic environments where platforms, processes, and documentation are still evolving.
Partners closely with technical teams and leadership to drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives by managing dependencies, resolving escalations, and ensuring strong operational coordination.
Plays a critical role in establishing structure, improving documentation, and maintaining clear visibility into project status, risks, and team commitments.

 

Key Responsibilities


Delivery & CoordinationDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and cross-team dependency tracking
Drive accountability for deliverables and ensure alignment across technical stakeholders
Monitor progress, identify gaps, and proactively maintain delivery momentum across initiatives


  
Escalation & Risk Management

Identify risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies early
Manage escalations and partner with leadership to resolve issues impacting delivery timelines


  
Documentation & Operational Excellence

Maintain key project artifacts including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and action trackers
Improve documentation standards and close gaps in project visibility and decision tracking
Establish scalable processes to support evolving team and organizational needs


  
Stakeholder & Team Communication

Facilitate coordination across engineering teams, leadership, and business partners
Deliver clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and key milestones
Ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders
