✔ Python (production-level)
✔ Anthropic Claude API (must-have)

✔ LangChain / LlamaIndex / Custom agents

We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has built & shipped real AI systems
✔ Understands LLMs beyond tutorials
✔ Can debug retrieval, latency & output quality issues
✔ Lives in Git (clean commits, PR discipline)

✔ Strong hands-on AI engineering experience
