Salary: $150,000 Location: Nashville / Hybrid Reports to: Head of AIAbout the RoleLongview is looking for a Senior Backend AI Automation & Application Engineer to design, build, harden, and scale the internal AI, automation, and application systems that power our restoration operating companies.This is a hands‑on senior engineering role for someone who can take business problems from ambiguity to production: designing the system, building the application or automation layer, integrating with third‑party platforms, owning the database and infrastructure touchpoints, and ensuring the final product is reliable enough to support real operators in the field.You will work directly with the Head of AI to build and operate Longview's internal technology platform, including AI agents, workflow automations, operational applications, dashboards, integrations, and data systems.This is not a research role. It is also not a narrow ticket‑taking role. We are looking for a senior builder who can move quickly, make strong technical decisions, and create practical AI‑enabled systems that improve how restoration companies operate every day.The ideal candidate is comfortable across the full stack of internal tools: Python, APIs, databases, automation platforms, AWS, LLM integrations, application development, monitoring, and operational support.About LongviewLongview is building the world's first AI‑powered restoration company.
