COMPENSATION: $74,190.00 to $141,221.00 base salary plus potential for variable compensation. Base pay is determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Farm Credit Mid-America/Rural 1st may compensate outside of the salary range for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected class.

The Senior Ag Retail Loan Servicing Analyst provides exceptional internal and external customer service by supporting the delivery of consumer financial services and loan servicing needs. This role analyzes and resolves more complex loan servicing, accounting, and cash management issues, ensuring accurate processing, data integrity, and compliance with established standards. The Senior Analyst contributes to process improvements and operational effectiveness while partnering with internal teams to support high-quality service delivery.
This role applies solid functional knowledge and sound judgment to deliver dependable, high-quality work with minimal direction. Team members at this level manage complex responsibilities, balance priorities effectively, and contribute meaningful insights that support team and functional performance. They are trusted to navigate varied situations, identify improvement opportunities, and operate with increasing autonomy.
The Senior Ag Retail Loan Servicing Analyst is designed for experienced team members who exceed role expectations and bring broad, diverse expertise to the team. Individuals in this role consistently deliver high quality performance while providing guidance, leadership, and support to peers.
Individuals in this role train team members while serving as a subject matter expert for internal partners and departments across the Association. Proactively identifies solutions, leads by positive example, and supports organizational change through influence and collaboration.
