Technical Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions.
  • Configure and manage Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) journeys, audiences, offers, and decisioning capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profiles.
  • Configure data ingestion pipelines using batch and streaming methodologies.
  • Implement identity resolution and profile stitching strategies.
  • Design audience segmentation and activation workflows.
  • Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party systems such as CRM, CDP, ERP, Data Warehouses, and Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Configure destinations and activation channels for personalized customer engagement.
  • Troubleshoot data quality, segmentation, and journey orchestration issues.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and data engineers to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in MarTech, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or Customer Data Platforms.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • 3+ years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer experience ecosystems.
  • Experience with XDM (Experience Data Model), Real-Time Customer Profile, Identity Service, and Segmentation Service.
  • Strong knowledge of customer journey orchestration and personalization strategies.
  • Experience integrating Adobe solutions with enterprise applications and data platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
