As a Contracts Compliance & Operations Senior Specialist, you will develop and vet contracts/subcontracts process documents, support audits, manage the Sub-delegation of Authority process, and implement regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include drafting process documents, maintaining tool guides, supporting audit responses, and improving processes across teams.
Strong legal/technical writing, communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, along with experience managing federal contracts (FAR/DFARS). Certifications like CPCM or CFCM are preferred. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, process improvements, and supporting legal and compliance activities.
Work is hybrid, with 2 days onsite in specified locations. Salary ranges from USD $131,319 to $142,091 annually, depending on experience and location.
