Senior Acquisition Support Consultant

Essnova Solutions, Inc. is a rapidly growing SBA 8(a) and HUBZone-certified government contractor specializing in IT, cybersecurity, healthcare, and professional services for federal agencies. As a Senior Acquisition Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting federal procurement and acquisition activities for clients such as the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA). Your expertise will directly impact the effectiveness and compliance of federal contracts and acquisition strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting federal acquisition and procurement activities, ensuring compliance with agency and regulatory requirements
• Preparing and reviewing solicitation packages for commercial and non-commercial services and supplies
• Assisting with acquisition planning, evaluation plans, and contract file documentation
• Providing pre-award and post-award acquisition support to federal clients
• Supporting Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance and acquisition strategy initiatives
• Preparing and posting federal solicitations on SAM.gov
• Advising on contract types including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), IDIQ, Labor Hour, and Time-and-Materials (T&M)
• Interfacing with federal contracting offices, contract specialists, CORs, and program offices to facilitate acquisition actions

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 20+ years of federal acquisition and procurement experience
• Strong experience preparing federal solicitation packages and supporting documentation for commercial and non-commercial requirements
• Expertise supporting both pre-award and post-award federal acquisition activities
• Senior-level ability to provide independent acquisition advisory and support with minimal oversight
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Experience with federal contract types including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), IDIQ, Labor Hour, and Time-and-Materials (T&M)
• Experience preparing and posting federal solicitations on SAM.gov
• Proven track record interfacing with federal contracting offices, contract specialists, CORs, and program offices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience coordinating acquisition documentation with legal, general counsel, and finance/budget stakeholders
• FAC-C, DAWIA, or equivalent federal acquisition certification
