Summary:
  • Company is seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead the Acquirer OpCerts Enhancement initiative, a strategic program designed to provide improved visibility into non-Net processed SMB and Large Market Merchant (LMM) volumes and enabling differential pricing capabilities.
  • This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, technical integration, and external partner engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial services expertise, a strong command of commercial acquiring, and the ability to drive complex programs across internal and external stakeholders.
 
Experience:
  • Experience in financial services, with a strong track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on expertise in commercial acquiring, including acquirer operations, processing ecosystems, and merchant volume management
  • Demonstrated experience leading externally facing integration projects, including partner onboarding, technical specification development, and pilot execution
  • Proven ability to navigate large, complex organizations and influence without direct authority
 
Skills:
  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and executive presence — ability to present confidently to C-suite and external partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to connect operational details to strategic revenue outcomes
  • Familiarity with payment network platforms, VBN/Net infrastructure, or equivalent payment rails is a strong plus
 
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $75.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match,  life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
