What You'll Be Trusted With
  • Managing high-volume Accounts Payable in a fast-moving environment
  • Reviewing, auditing, and approving invoices for accuracy and compliance
  • Navigating ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar) with ease
  • Partnering with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies quickly
  • Supporting expense reporting and employee reimbursements
  • Improving processes, not just following them
  • Being the calm, dependable presence when volumes spike or systems change

  • Comfort handling complex invoices, exceptions, and approvals
