We’re growing, and looking for a Controller
who’s ready to step in, take ownership, and help drive smarter financial
decisions across the business. Our current Controller is planning for retirement and ready to train and educate his replacement, alongside the Group Controller for added support. This is more than a reporting role—it’s an

Requirements
As Controller, you’ll take the lead on financial
operations while helping elevate the function:
· Oversee day-to-day accounting
operations
- Manage cash flow, forecasting,
and financial planning
- Lead the month-end close and
financial reporting process
- Drive budgeting and cost control
initiatives
- Analyze financial data to guide
strategic decision-making
- Improve reporting systems,
processes, and internal controls
- Partner cross-functionally with
leadership to support growth
- Support, mentor, and help develop
the accounting team
- Ensure payroll accuracy, bonuses,
and commission processing
- Assist with financing activities,
including loans and credit lines
- You’re a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who
also sees the big picture:
· Proven accounting experience with
increasing responsibility
- Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- High integrity and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and deliver under pressure
- A proactive mindset—you don’t just report numbers, you interpret
them
Technical Skills & Experience
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent
experience)
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, analysis, reporting)
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Acumatica is a plus
- Comfortable working across
departments to implement improvements
