Senior Accounting Manager
Location: Southwest Chicago Suburbs (Hybrid)
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

As a Senior Accounting Manager, you will:
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
- Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal control processes
- Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members
- Enhance reporting processes, systems, and internal controls
- Provide variance analysis and financial insights to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
