Senior Accounting Manager

Responsibilities Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.Manage closing activities during month‑end and year‑end to ensure timely reporting.Analyze monthly results to identify fluctuations and variances from budget and prior periods.Prepare various monthly management reports.Collaborate with department leaders to complete the Controls Self‑Assessment survey (J‑SOX) and recommend improvements.Prepare monthly accruals, intercompany transactions, and other journal entries.Maintain operating and capital lease schedules.Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations.Assist in the development, planning, and evaluation of internal controls across the organization.Provide support for internal and external audits.Support tax compliance for income tax, property tax, sales tax, excise tax, and foreign tax.Provide backup support to other areas within Accounting/Finance as needed.Ensure compliance with all applicable customer, safety, ISO/IATF 16949 QMS, and ISO14001 EMS requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Standards of Performance Demonstrated high‑level leadership skills with the ability to create and execute action plans.Self‑manage multiple projects and meet deadlines accurately and timely.Exhibit a high level of integrity and excellent attention to detail.Apply strong problem‑solving skills and commit to continuous improvement.Communicate professionally and efficiently with management.Interact in a personable, professional, and courteous manner with all stakeholders.Maintain Mytex data and information confidentially.Education, Experience and Training Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA license.10+ years of related accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.3+ years of experience as a people leader and supervising direct reports.Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS.Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.Advanced Excel proficiency.Working knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.Salary & Benefits The salary range for this position is $117,000‑$137,000, subject to geographic adjustment based on location and authorization to work outside the listed city and state.EEO Statement All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected status.
