Salary: $75,000–$90,000+ DOE + discretionary semi-annual bonus

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Support FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• 
  
• Assist with ERP implementation and future M&A integration efforts.
• 
  
• Perform general accounting functions, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• 
  
• Support JSOX compliance, internal controls, and process improvement initiatives.
• 
  
• Partner with leadership on strategic financial analysis and special projects.
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 
  
• Strong accounting foundation with FP&A experience.
• 
  
• Exposure to M&A, financial analysis, ERP implementations, or strategic finance preferred.
• 
  
• Distribution, energy, or oil & gas industry experience is a plus.
• 
  
• Highly organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
