Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports for multiple entities (LLCs, partnerships, investors)

  • Maintain general ledger, cash activity tracking, and bank reconciliations

  • Manage capital calls, cash flow tracking, and loan/amortization schedules

  • Partner with asset managers to support IRR, ROI, and investment reporting

  • Coordinate with external tax firm and support K-1 preparation inputs

  • Process wires, checks, and intercompany fund transfers


Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

  • 4+ years of accounting experience with financial statement preparation

  • Experience in real estate, investments, lending, or related industries preferred

  • Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks (or similar systems)
