About the Role
A growing organization is seeking a motivated accounting professional to join its finance team. This role supports day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial reporting, and close activities while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of information.

Responsibilities

Support month‑end and year‑end close, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze financial reports and provide variance explanations as needed
Maintain accurate general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting
Support audit requests, internal controls, and special projects
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Relevant accounting or finance experience preferred
Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial statements
Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
