Responsibilities include:
Support financial reporting and month-end close activities.
Perform account reconciliations and maintain ledger accuracy.
Monitor project budgets and analyze cost variances.
Track and allocate project-related expenses.
Prepare financial reports and support business decision-making.
Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records.
Manage vendor setup, banking updates, and payment processing.
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on accountability and results.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance?(Preferred)
2-3 years of full cycle accounting experience
Ability to work 5 days on site
Salary $80-90k
