Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant

• 
  
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
• 
  
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and supporting schedules
• 
  
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions
• 
  
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle
• 
  
• Hands-on accounting experience with ownership of key processes
• 
  
• Assist with work-in-progress reporting and revenue recognition adjustments
• 
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• 
  

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 
  
• Experience with intercompany transactions and multi-entity accounting preferred
• 
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
•
