This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong skills of reporting, accounting, FP&A, SOX, and ERP system.Financial ReportingPrepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.AccountingManage accounting treatments in compliance with GAAP, including but not limited to AP, AR, payroll, revenue and cost, inventory, fixed assets.Internal ControlsDevelop, monitor, and enforce internal control compliance with SOX.Budgeting & ForecastingAssist executives in annual budget planning, track actual spending against budgets, and report variances.Audit ManagementCoordinate internal and external financial audits, as well as tax audits.ERP SystemUtilize and manage financial software and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Implement new technologies to enhance financial management and reporting.Team LeadershipSupervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.Job RequirementEducation: A Bachelor's or Master degree in accounting.Experience: 10+ years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience, including supervisory or management rolesProfessional Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, taxation regulation and SOX.Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, SAP ERP.Analytical Skills: Ability to identify financial trends, analyze variance, and provide data-driven recommendations.Certificate: U.S. Certified Public Accountant.Language: Bilingual in English and ChineseCompetitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and company holidays.Professional development and growth opportunities.CATK is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
