This role will support a diverse portfolio of multifamily and mixed‑use assets across Los Angeles County, collaborating directly with senior leadership and operations to strengthen financial reporting, process efficiency, and overall portfolio performance.This position may be leveled as Senior Accountant or Assistant Controller , depending on experience and depth of leadership. If you're interested in learning more, Apply Now!Key ResponsibilitiesOversee accounting operations across multiple entities within an expanding real estate portfolio.Prepare and review monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses.Lead or assist with month‑end close, CAM reconciliations, draw packages, and lender/investor reporting.Support audits, tax prep, and other external reporting requirements.Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.Partner cross‑functionally with property management and leadership to ensure accurate, timely financial data.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.5–10+ years of experience in real estate accounting (property management, investment, or development).Strong knowledge of Yardi and multi‑entity accounting.Skilled in Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas) and financial reporting.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior team members preferred.*US Citizens and Permanent Residents only (no sponsorship available.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
