This fully onsite role is responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, supporting month‑end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and contributing to financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysisEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAPAssist with preparation of financial statements and supporting schedulesAnalyze financial data and provide insights to managementSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesManage fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid accountsCoordinate with external auditors during annual auditsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controlsEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)4+ years of progressive accounting experiencePublic accounting experience preferredStrong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principlesPublic accounting experience preferredCPA or CPA‑eligible is a plusProficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills$80,000 - $100,000 a year#J-18808-Ljbffr
