This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounting process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end close activities, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. A CPA designation is highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.Proficient in GAAP and familiar with healthcare industry financial regulations and standards.Proven experience with external audits, payroll, job costing, and general ledger management.Expertise in month-end and year-end processes, along with proficiency in reconciling balance sheets.Exceptional numerical proficiency and attention to detail.Strong computer skills, particularly in finance software and MS Office Suite.
