Unity Search has partnered with a fast-growing healthcare company in North Dallas to identify a Senior Accountant. This is a high-impact role within a large, private equity backed healthcare platform that is highly acquisitive with exposure to senior leadership.

The Senior Accountant will be involved in the day-to-day accounting function by performing hands on monthly close duties and completion and review of balance sheet reconciliations, as well as perform P&L and balance sheet analytics.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in accounting (CPA preferred)
2-3+ years of progressive accounting experience
Experience with large ERP and general ledger systems required, Workday strongly preferred
Advanced Excel (Power Query) required and Alteryx preferred
Strong problem solving and analytical skills required (thinks outside the box)
Process improvement and process automation experience
Overall "data-centric" mindset
Excellent communication skills

Compensation

Base salary approximately $100,000 $110,000, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus
