Senior Accountant (Corporate Tax)

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Tax team. In this role, you’ll be working on U.S. tax reporting for foreign subsidiary earnings and oversight over foreign tax calculations. You will also apply knowledge of accounting standards and expertise to tackle business problems, seeking guidance for new or complex situations.

• Perform monthly and quarterly financial reporting for tax associated with foreign subsidiary earnings
• Assist with information returns of foreign subsidiaries for U.S. Federal Tax Return
• Assist with projects related to emerging international guidance, including Pillar Two
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on streamlining, improving automation, and documentation of processes

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience
• 5+ years relevant experience required
• CPA or other applicable certifications preferred

The following salary ranges reflect market-specific compensation for this position across multiple job levels. Candidates will be evaluated to determine the appropriate job level based on their skills and experience. 

• Senior Accountant Job Title: $89,300 - 120,650 / year
• Senior Accounting Analyst Job Title: $110,200 - 148,200 / year

Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical work week) from Des Moines, IA.

We’ll consider talent at the next level with the right experiences and skills. The next level is a Senior Accounting Analyst and requires 6+ years of relevant experience.
