  • Manage detailed supporting schedules for financial statement disclosures, ensuring completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Oversee key aspects of the global consolidation process, including data collection, validation, and reporting across domestic and international entities.
  • Review consolidation outputs and investigate variances to ensure integrity of financial data.
  • Play a critical role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare and review complex balance sheet reconciliations for corporate accounts, ensuring proper support and resolution of reconciling items.
  • Record and review corporate-level journal entries, including accruals, intercompany activity, and other non-routine transactions.
  • Perform detailed account analysis and variance investigations, providing clear insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintain thorough documentation and audit-ready support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury teams to support accurate and aligned financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and accuracy within reporting and consolidation processes.
  • Support system enhancements, reporting tools optimization, and documentation of accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assist in audit coordination and serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.
