We are looking for a dynamic Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the month‑end close process, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and technical accounting for a fast‑paced diagnostic laboratory environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial records, compliant revenue recognition, proper cost allocation, and timely reporting. The Senior Accountant partners closely with Operations, Revenue Cycle, Compliance, and FP&A to ensure the financial statements reflect the true performance of the business.

Requirements
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
· 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience; healthcare or diagnostic laboratory experience strongly preferred.
· Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition (ASC 606).
· Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and strong proficiency in Excel.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
· Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment with competing deadlines.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with cross‑functional teams.
· High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Benefits
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $85,000 - $90,000.
