Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional support to both internal teams and external clients.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Review client contracts and track any financial adjustments or escalations.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
Monitor and analyze company cash flow on a monthly basis.
Manage inventory accounting and collaborate with leadership on inventory-related financial matters.
Reconcile accounts and support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
Maintain accurate bank reconciliations across all accounts.
Lead accounting projects and communicate progress to management.
Generate financial reports and perform data analysis to support decision-making.
Support external audits and tax filings by preparing necessary documentation.
Develop and enforce internal financial controls.
Identify, investigate, and resolve any discrepancies or accounting issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3–5 years of accounting experience with hands-on transactional knowledge.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a small team.
