This is a chance to join a collaborative team with an exceptional work culture that offers a very flexible schedule!Job DutiesPrepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.Review income statements and ensure accurate transaction recording.Support management with financial analysis, variance reviews, and budget comparisons.Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank/investment accounts, and process payments.Prepare required reports for audits, lenders, and regulatory compliance.Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements.Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ERP experience preferred.
