Senior Accountant

Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 + performance-based bonusSchedule: onsite initially, with the opportunity to earn a hybrid schedule based on performance and trustTargeting a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being hands-on with core accounting functions, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.This role will report directly to Assistant Controller.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform monthly general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate financial recordsSupport month-end close activities, including rollforward and rollback procedures each monthPrepare and review journal entries with a strong understanding of debits and creditsManage and reconcile inventory-related accounting transactionsAssist with sales tax filings and complianceAnalyze accounting discrepancies and proactively resolve issuesCollaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams to support business objectivesEnsure compliance with company accounting policies and proceduresQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required3–6 years of accounting experience preferredStrong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliationsExperience with inventory accounting and sales taxComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentStrong Excel and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and eager to grow within a collaborative accounting team.
