• Compile and analyze financial information in order to transact journal entries to the general ledger.
• Review and reconcile financial information in detail for balance sheet accounts.
• Identify and resolve reconciling differences for various accounts.
• Provide oversight of bank account reconciliation process.
• Responsible for preparation, coordination, and input of assigned month-end closing schedules and entries.
• Prepare and distributes of monthly & quarterly financial reporting packages.
• Assist with interim and annual external audits.
• Perform progress pay estimate billings for all companies as assigned.
• Provide periodic overload assistance and special project investigation as directed by the Accounting Manager, Tax Manager or Assistant Corporate Controller.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field required.
• 3+ years related experience preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Strong analytics and trend analysis experience and knowledge.
