Responsibilities:
Lead the financial management of your service line's P&L's by ensuring timely, accurate billing, reconciling monthly revenue and expenses, and delivering insightful financial reporting for each customer.
Serve as a key partner to operations and cross-functional teams, presenting financial performance, explaining trends, resolving issues with payroll, billing, and operations, and contributing to weekly, monthly, and ad hoc service line discussions
Maintain deep knowledge of customer and provider contracts to ensure proper accounting treatment and support strategic decision-making
Prepare, review, and enhance core month end close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and assist with the monthly financial reporting package for the Board
Contribute to broader organizational priorities through cross-training and supporting audits, budgeting, forecasting, SOP development, and financial system integrations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Public accounting experience
CPA or CPA track
3+ years of experience
