Senior Accountant/Assistant Controller

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Accurately allocate and input vendor invoices into our accounting system, ensuring all coding reflects company policies.
- Handle vendor questions with professionalism and efficiently process payment inquiries.
- Manage accounts payable inventory and troubleshoot any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Facilitate payment processes for vendors and execute precise employee reimbursements.
- Post financial modifications and oversee expense tracking mechanisms.
- Generate and manage invoicing for clients, recording and supervising all cash inflows and bank movements.
- Reconcile corporate credit card statements to maintain accurate account records.
- Efficiently prepare and disseminate 1099 forms and offer superior administrative support, including phone inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with the financial team, aiding the Controller in achieving seamless financial task execution.

**Ideal Qualifications and Skills:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Demonstrated experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivable environments.
- Detail-oriented with an unwavering focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous and highly desired.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Capability to balance deadlines effectively while managing multiple assignments.
