Assist the Revenue Cycle team with A/R weekly and monthly reporting.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepares and records assets, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.Involvement in the month-end general ledger account reconciliations including bank reconciliations.Summarizes financial status by collecting information, assisting with the balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.Assist with detailed weekly, monthly and quarterly financial and budgeting reports.Leads the Monthly MOR Expense Review with Leaders.Prepares the CHMG Power Point for monthly MOR Review with Physicians and PA's.Assist with the annual budget process.Secures financial information from multiple sources like ECW and MedsphereProtects organization's value by keeping the information confidential.Ad-hoc reporting including statistical reports and A/R reports.Assist the CFO with all aspects of accounting and finance.Overseas the Departmental P/L's.Reviews and Prepares Monthly Reconciliations.Coordinate all Monthly, quarterly and yearly filings, (Cost Report, AHA Survey, Chirp, Harp, Census)Skills and RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance5-7 years of previous experience in accountingDetailed reporting experience a mustAdvanced knowledge in ExcelHealth industry experience a plusCapable of mining large dataOther InformationVibrant company cultureCompany Paid Health, Dental, Vision & Life 100%#J-18808-Ljbffr
