HACA's mission is to cultivate sustainable affordable housing communities and partnerships that inspire self-reliance, growth and optimism.The Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) is seeking a high-performing Accounting & Financial Administrator to manage the accounting and financial operations of diverse agency programs and legal entities. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting, strong proficiency with enterprise software and Microsoft Office, and thrives in collaborative, process-improvement-focused environments. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and well-documented financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting while supporting process optimization and internal controls. HACA has been a leader in affordable housing in the City of Austin for more than 85 years.
