We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee large, complex Enterprise Accounts, serving as the primary contact for products and services, and advocating for customer needs.
Develop and implement strategies to build strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve revenue and growth objectives across diverse products and vendor partnerships.
Responsibilities include managing service levels, identifying gaps, coordinating cross-functionally, and understanding industry trends and regulatory impacts.
Must have 5+ years of health care industry experience working with large national clients, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and health & life licenses.
Role involves communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and occasional travel. Full-time, 40 hours/week, with a pay range of $54,300–$159,120, plus benefits and incentives.
