The Opportunity<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Bluewater is hiring a Senior Account Manager to support growth across our Battery Recovery Division. This team operates in a fast -moving environment focused on the resale, recycling, sourcing, and recovery of large -format lithium -ion batteries across EV, material handling, e -mobility, and energy storage markets.

This role is about creating momentum, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping execute deals in a startup environment where adaptability and follow -through matter. You’ll work closely across sales and operations while learning how battery recovery projects are evaluated, negotiated, and executed from start to finish. The nature of this role occasionally requires flexibility outside of traditional business hours, including urgent calls or time -sensitive customer communication across international markets. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, motivated, adaptable, and excited to grow within an emerging industry.

What You’ll Own<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Own and manage the full deal cycle from prospecting and qualification through close<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Proactively build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and long -term business<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Serve as an integral part of the sales process, maintaining a pipeline of leads while tracking ongoing deals within a CRM software<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Seek new business through prospecting, cold calling, and other methods of outreach<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Qualify leads and conduct market research to identify potential customers<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure favorable agreements for both clients and Bluewater<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Generate quotes and proposals accurate to the scope of each project<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Work with clients to understand their unique pain points and creatively outline custom solutions based on Bluewater’s services<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Operations and Accounting as well as external customers to enable order fulfillment<\/span><\/span>

Become a subject matter expert in Bluewater's services and how they can provide value to customers<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
3 -5+ years of experience in sales or other relevant fields<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline end -to -end<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Experience managing pipelines, tracking leads, opportunities, and deal progress<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Willingness and ability to engage in time‑sensitive or after‑hours communication as needed<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>
Proactive and diligent with a self -motivated approach to business development<\/span>
