About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Asia Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) Sdn Bhd. You will be assisting the company to perform daily accounting tasks that facilitates the smooth running of business operations, covering the Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong entity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist and prepare full set accounts including the day-to-day accounting records of the Company for monthly financial reporting purpose.
• Provide financial information to management for review and analysis to achieve organisation goal.
• Assist with preparation of AIS annual plan, quarterly forecast budget and cash flow projection.
• Incorporate financial result and projections into presentation slides for the financial reporting meetings.
• Assist with preparation of tax computation in compliance with Income Tax Act requirement.
• Review annual reports workings to prep for statutory accounts.
• Assist in timesheet submission procedures and prepare utilisation reports.
• Liaise with external auditors and facilitate timely completion of statutory audited financial statement.
• Assist in treasuries & banking matter.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures.
• Supporting the implementation of financial systems and processes.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost optimisasion.

About You

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or ACCA/CIMA/MICPA Level 2 is preferred

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and management

• Proficient in MS Word, Power Point and Excel; (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O knowledge is an advantage)

• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese is an added advantage)

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
