Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and effectively.

Proactively identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions and risk management strategies.

Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyze client exposures to develop tailored insurance programs.

Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, including claims and support staff, to ensure seamless client service delivery.

Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and new insurance products to provide expert advice.



Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance account management or sales.

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a book of commercial insurance clients.

Deep understanding of commercial insurance products, coverages, and risk management principles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in insurance agency management systems (AMS)

Relevant insurance designations (e.g., CIC, CRM, CPCU) are a plus.
